UI/UX Design Intern

Job Description
We are looking for a talented designer who is articulate in identifying user behaviours and passionate in creating sleek interfaces. You will analyse user’s journey and translate it to a simple and efficient solution for our trading platform. You will have the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create clean, intuitive and user friendly user interfaces (including Web, iOS and Android platform) from product requirements
- Work with internal team and stakeholders to understand their requirements and purpose
- Ideation and sketching of new product ideas
- Design and produce user journeys, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual design mockups and prototypes
- Create and manage asset libraries for reusable design and drive UI component creation
- Collaborating with engineering to ensure that designs are properly implemented
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of design tools – Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, Proto.io, Invision
- Understanding of technology capabilities such as HTML, CSS and front end technologies
- Strong understanding of Web design principles
- Good sense of design
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Proactive and self-motivated learner
- Interest and experience in trading would be a plus
