We are seeking an Operations Associate or Senior Operations Associate to play a key role in supporting the operational aspects of our custodial services, ensuring the safety and integrity of our clients’ digital assets through robust security measures and cutting-edge technology.
Trách nhiệm
- Ensure daily business-as-usual processes (account opening, settlement, payments, and reconciliation) are executed accurately and timely
- Partnering closely with sales and relationship manager to ensure high levels of client service
- Process inward and outward remittances, liaise with customers and relevant parties on payment instructions
- Quản lý và cập nhật dữ liệu tĩnh trong hệ thống.
- Tham gia các dự án phát triển hệ thống.
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo thống kê và báo cáo quản lý định kỳ.
- Hỗ trợ rà soát và xây dựng tài liệu quy trình vận hành.
- Hỗ trợ onboarding khách hàng (AML/KYC) và cung cấp dịch vụ cho khách hàng.
- Resolving of outstanding breaks in the daily BAU process, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Trình độ & Yêu cầu
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực vận hành tại Sở giao dịch, Công ty giao dịch hoặc Môi giới.
- Applicants must hold a degree or equivalent
- Hiểu biết tốt về các quy trình vận hành chuẩn và yêu cầu pháp lý liên quan.
- Good understanding or experience in securities / derivatives / fixed income / FX instruments and market practices in issuance, trading and custody operations
- Có kiến thức về KYC/onboarding khách hàng là một lợi thế.
- Hiểu biết hoặc quan tâm đến công nghệ blockchain sẽ là một lợi thế
- Good understanding and experience in data analytics and visualization tools – e.g., Power BI, Tableau, VBA will be a bonus
- Ability to multi-task and cope in a high-pressure environment with time-critical deliveries whilst maintaining accuracy.
