We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Post-Implementation Technical Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of technical experts to ensure the successful transition and optimisation of projects after their implementation. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking will play a critical role in driving our projects towards sustained success.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to facilitate their professional growth and development
Post-Implementation Support
- Oversee the post-implementation phase of projects, ensuring a seamless transition from the implementation team to the support phase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to project outcomes
- Develop and maintain post-implementation support processes and documentation to ensure consistent and efficient support services
Technical Expertise
- Possess in-depth technical knowledge relevant to the projects and systems being supported, enabling effective troubleshooting and solutions delivery
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and improvements to existing systems
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management, to provide updates on project status and address concerns
Quality Assurance
- Establish and execute quality assurance processes to ensure that post-implementation activities meet predefined standards and specifications
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimisation
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to develop transition plans and timelines for the post-implementation phase
- Coordinate the execution of these plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas of improvement within the post-implementation support processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyse feedback from stakeholders and team members to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical leadership roles, with a strong background in post-implementation support and project coordination
- Solid understanding of various technical systems, software development lifecycles, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and promote a positive team culture
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus
