cycle. We provide end-to-end marketplace solutions to exchanges, OTC venues, brokers,
dealers, trading companies and is embarking on a significant growth plan to expand its
business. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-
day operations while driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Manage and oversee daily business operations to be executed efficiently and in alignment with internal policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements on operational processes
- Partner with the Compliance and Sales teams to support the client onboarding process and new client set-up activities
- Act as a proactive problem solver, identifying process optimisation opportunities to improve productivity, enhance client experience, and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Provide detailed operational and management reports to senior management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with overall business objectives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Exchange, Trading, or Brokerage Operations, or end-to- end experience in settlements, reconciliations, and payment processes
- Experience in blockchain technology is a MUST
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in system enhancement and testing for the implementation of operations-related projects
- Good understanding or experience in securities, derivatives, fixed income, or FX instruments, and market practices in issuance, trading, and custody operations
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC processes
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; analytical, meticulous, and able to perform under pressure
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, particularly Sales and Compliance
