Job Description
Hydra X provides enterprise-grade, regulation-compliant infrastructure for digital capital markets, covering tokenisation, issuance, trading and custody of both traditional and tokenised assets. Based in Singapore, we work with banks and financial institutions to enable a regulated, multi-asset ecosystem.
We are recruiting a Product Manager who is passionate about creating the best product possible, from initial concept through to launch. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team, focused on innovation and building outstanding products to support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the Digital Asset Custody product; prioritise initiatives and secure stakeholder alignment
- Write clear, detailed PRDs that address edge cases, user experience, commercial considerations, regulatory requirements and technical feasibility
- Use first-principles reasoning and ask the right questions when requirements are ambiguous
- Partner with engineering to deliver on schedule: sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups
- Work closely with compliance, legal and operations to ensure regulatory alignment
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to capture market needs, client feedback and competitive gaps
- Tailor communication for executives, engineers and clients
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging market opportunities
- Use AI tools to improve internal processes and team efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B product management experience (fintech, startup and 0→1 experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computing, Finance or related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in English
- Proven experience working with various stakeholders (e.g. technical, compliance, business and operations teams)
- Able to operate effectively and put on different hats in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working in a regulated financial institution is a big plus
- Experience with custody, blockchains, wallets and tokenisation is a big plus
